Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 4, 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to every paid subscription, plan, or one-time purchase from 7x Systems LLC, doing business as Swipe Inbox ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to or paying for any Swipe Inbox plan, you agree to the terms below.
2. Scope
This Policy covers all paid offerings provided through Swipe Inbox, including:
- Monthly and annual SaaS subscriptions
- Lifetime or one-time licenses (where offered)
- Add-on seats, usage-based credits, or premium feature unlocks
- Any consulting, onboarding, or implementation services we offer alongside Swipe Inbox
3. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
All subscription fees — monthly, annual, or otherwise — are final and non-refundable once charged. We do not pro-rate, partially refund, or credit unused time on a subscription, including the following common cases:
- You cancel partway through a billing period.
- You stop using the Service before the end of a billing period.
- You forget to cancel before a renewal and are charged for a new period.
- You are charged for a renewal you did not realize was upcoming.
- You signed up for an annual plan and changed your mind after the first month.
You are responsible for managing your own subscription and cancelling before any renewal. Cancellation is available at any time from your account billing page; cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund prior charges.
4. Cancellation Mechanics
- Cancel any time. You may cancel a paid plan from your account at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
- No automatic refund on cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current period.
- Downgrades. If you downgrade to a lower tier or to the free plan, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the difference.
- Account deletion. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of any prior payments.
5. One-Time Purchases and Lifetime Licenses
One-time purchases (including any "lifetime," "founders'," or non-recurring license sold by us) are final and non-refundable once payment is processed.
6. Onboarding, Consulting, or Implementation Services
If you purchase any onboarding, consulting, or implementation services from us alongside Swipe Inbox, those services are non-refundable once the engagement begins (i.e., once the kickoff call has been held or the first deliverable has been started). Pre-engagement deposits are non-refundable.
7. Material Defect / Goodwill Review
If you believe the Service materially fails to deliver the core functionality described on our marketing pages — for example, the Service is fully unusable for an extended period for a reason within our control, or a paid feature is permanently removed without a comparable replacement — you may request a goodwill review.
To request a review, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the issue at swipe@aisimple.co with:
- Your account email and plan
- A description of the issue
- The dates and duration the issue occurred
- Any relevant screenshots, error messages, or correspondence
We will review the request in good faith and, at our sole discretion, may issue a partial credit, account credit, or refund. Goodwill remedies are not a right, are decided case-by-case, and our decision is final.
8. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial of any paid feature or plan, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable plan. Charges incurred after the trial end are governed by Sections 3 and 4 above and are non-refundable.
9. Exceptions
- Statutory Rights. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable Wyoming, U.S. federal, EU, UK, or other law.
- Duplicate or Erroneous Charges. If you are charged twice for the same period due to a billing error on our side, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Misuse or Abuse. We may refuse any goodwill remedy if we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy shall be resolved solely in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or through binding arbitration in Sheridan, WY if we elect it.
11. Charge-Back Waiver
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us at swipe@aisimple.co before initiating any charge-back, and to give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 7 business days) to resolve the issue. You waive any right to initiate a charge-back with your card issuer or banking institution for amounts paid, except where required under non-waivable consumer-protection law. Unjustified charge-backs may result in immediate account termination and collection of the disputed amount plus fees.
