Swipe Inbox depends on third-party email infrastructure provided by Google (Gmail, Google Workspace), Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Exchange), and similar providers. We do not control these underlying services. Service interruptions, OAuth-token revocations, API quota limits, deliverability problems, message-delivery delays, or sync errors caused by upstream providers are not within our control, and we make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You acknowledge that:

• Email delivery, receipt, and sync are ultimately controlled by your email provider, not by us.
• OAuth tokens may be revoked by your provider, your IT administrator, or by a security event, which will temporarily disable Swipe Inbox features for the affected account.
• Spam-filter behavior, deliverability, and reputation are governed by your provider and the receiving servers, not by us.
• Provider API changes may affect Swipe Inbox functionality with little or no notice.
